Let’s celebrate our age!

West Hampstead Women’s Centre is delighted to have successfully received funding to run the ‘Let’s Celebrate our Age’ project for women over 60, funded by Ageing Better in Camden.

The activities include:

• Asian Women’s Health Calendar for Asian women over 50 on the last Wednesday of every month from 1pm to 3pm
• Creative writing workshops for Irish women over 60 on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.30 pm
• ‘Legs, Bums and Tums’ exercise classes on Thursday evenings for women over 60 from 6pm to 7pm

All of these projects are aimed at promoting social cohesion and health amongst women in our community.
